General Guidelines
Voluntary Contributions
All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary.
Donors are requested to contribute only through authorized channels (bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or approved online payment gateway).
Use of Donations
Donations are strictly utilized for the charitable activities and programs of the Foundation.
Funds are allocated based on priority projects such as education, healthcare, animal welfare, skill development, and environmental initiatives.
Tax Benefits
Eligible donations may qualify for tax exemption under the applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India), if the Foundation holds 12A/80G certification. (Add this if applicable).
Donors will receive a valid donation receipt for their contribution.
Transparency & Accountability
All donations are recorded in the Foundation’s accounts.
Annual reports and financial statements are maintained and can be shared with donors upon request.
We are committed to maintaining high ethical standards in the use of donated funds.
Refund & Cancellation
Donations once made are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate payments or verified technical errors (refer to our Refund Policy).
Cancellation of recurring donations must be requested in writing at least 7 working days before the next scheduled transaction.
