Since donations are used for charitable purposes, we maintain a transparent No Refund Policy, with a few exceptions as mentioned below.

   General Terms

Donations are non-refundable once received, as they are immediately allocated towards our welfare projects.

Refunds will only be considered in specific cases, such as:

Accidental duplicate donation.

Transaction error due to technical glitches.

Wrong amount entered by mistake.

Requests for refund must be made within 7 working days of the transaction date.
